- Our Communities: SBRWA has put together a series of maps that breakdown the neighborhoods that surround the Sheridan (Crotona Park East, Longwood, Bronx River, etc.) by age, income, race, land use, services, and mobility.
- Sheridan Site Tour: Get acquainted with the current state of the Sheridan and the area that surrounds it. Make sure to note the near absence of cars on the Sheridan, as well as the influence these major roads have on the area that surrounds them. Families live right next to these highways, which is dangerous to their safety and health. There is a better way to use the land the Sheridan is on and it's our Community Plan!
- SmartMobility Reports: In 2006, SBRWA hired private consultant group SmartMobility to analyze the NYSDOT plans for the Sheridan. Because of SBRWA's work, two of these included plans involved demapping the Sheridan. SmartMobility did an Economic Assessment and a Traffic Impact Assessment of all the plans. Here you'll find the full reports and a short summary of each report.
